New England Sweetwater Farm & Distillery (“NESWFD,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) ships distilled spirits in compliance with all federal and state alcohol laws. By placing an order, you confirm you are 21 years of age or older and legally permitted to receive alcohol shipments.

AGE VERIFICATION

An adult 21+ must be present to receive delivery.
Carriers will not leave packages unattended.

We require:

  • Valid government-issued ID

  • Adult Signature Required delivery service

Missed deliveries may result in additional fees.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.
Orders placed Friday–Sunday ship the next business week.

DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Photograph the packaging + contents

  • Contact us within 72 hours

  • We will replace or refund at our discretion

WEATHER HOLDS

Extreme heat or cold may delay shipments to protect product quality.
We will notify you if a weather hold is required.

RETURNS

We cannot accept returns of alcohol except in cases of:

  • Shipping error

  • Damage

  • Defective packaging

All other sales are final.
